"About 3 weeks ago I had been half heartedly trying to get fit, lose weight, tone up....all the usual things....for basically my entire life: flitting about between one You Tube fitness “expert”and another and not really getting very far. About ready to give up, my cousin-in-law suggested we sign up for PT sessions with Alicia. I've only been training with Alicia for a couple of weeks and I already feel like a new person - physically and mentally. It was a huge step for me to even contact a PT in the first place but I am so glad I did. And I am even more pleased that it was Alicia I contacted. 

Is it hard? Yes. But is it fun? Absolutely. And I am already seeing results and getting comments from others on how well I look and how much happier I seem. Alicia is patient (she has to be with me!!!), positive and supportive and as nervous as I was, she put me at ease immediately. The sessions are always different and, as tough as they can be, I never fail to go away feeling pumped and energised.
